The Yves Saint Laurent Museum in Marrakech pays tribute to the legendary designer whose creativity was deeply inspired by Morocco. As Pierre Bergé recalled: “When YSL first discovered Marrakech in 1966, he was so moved by the city that he decided to buy a house here. It feels perfectly natural, fifty years later, to build a museum dedicated to his oeuvre, which was so inspired by this country.” Opened in 2017, the museum showcases YSL’s iconic collections, drawings, and the enduring bond between fashion and Marrakech.
